Regent Shopping Centre based in Hamilton, Scotland recently commissioned an independent ‘Consumer Insight Study’ for the site. The results highlighted the efforts from the security, cleaning and maintenance teams with results of 81% for Customer Service within the Mall and an excellent 84% for Mall Cleanliness.
