Robinson Services invest in BICS Accredited Training Skills Suite at their Headquarters at Sarah Jane Robinson House
On the 5th of June 2013, Robinson Services were given the stamp of approval for their own British Institute of Cleaning Science Training Centre after thorough on site audits were completed by BICS representatives at the Robinson Services Headquarters at Sarah Jane Robinson House in Antrim. This approval includes four trained and skilled Robinson Services’ employees being accredited as BICS assessors after completing the ‘Cleaning Professionals Skills Suite’ made up of three mandatory skills and seven core skills to enable them to train Robinson Services staff in a roaming capacity across Robinson Services’ contract sites.
Stephen Wood, Regional Manager at Robinson Services, commented;
“This investment into having our own Training Skills Suite based in our Antrim Headquarters shows our commitment to service and training here at Robinson Services. We have a clear strategy in place over the next 12 months to cascade this BICS training down through the management levels. Our staff training is relentless and we are continually investing in new ways to further improve the quality of service that we provide our customers.”
