Robinson Services Raise the Training Bar with Successful Team Accreditations Adding To Skill Sets

The training at Robinson Services is relentless and continues to keep pace as the business grows in 2022. This time it’s  4 members of the Operations Area Management Team  who recently received their BICSc License to Practice with our BICSc Accredited in-house trainer Matt Jones.

David Robinson Managing Director commented: “At Robinson Services we are constantly striving to be the “best in class” by delivering ongoing training, that allows our Senior Managers to develop the correct skill sets, enabling them to undertake a greater variety of work in a competent, professional manner. To become the most successful company in the Support Services Sector means planning each step, each interaction and each transaction, mapping out our customer’s needs and expectations. Ongoing Training such as this helps to set us apart in what is already a competitive sector.

Our Managers and Supervisors will be able to share the skills gained on this course with their team of Cleaning Operatives. This is part of continuous development in order to equip them with the tools needed to provide the highest possible standards of cleaning in a safe and compliant manner.

The training took place in our BICSc training suite and we are exceptionally proud of our established BICSc Accredited Training Skills Suite and are one of a small number of companies to have made this significant investment in our in-house training facilities.”
