More Robinson Training Completed as Staff attend BEMAC to complete Highfield Level 2 Risk Assessment Training
On 2nd March, 12 Robinson Services employees attended BEMAC to complete Highfield Level 2 Risk Assessment Training. This qualification is designed to be an introduction to the principles of Risk Assessment. It covers why risk assessments are necessary, the legal requirements relating to risk assessments and simple processes for carrying out a risk assessment. This type of training is imperative for working in our environment as we need to be risk aware by raising knowledge of risk in the workplace and basic measures we can do to control it.
David Robinson, Managing Director commented:
“it is great to provide such skills and competence to our support teams. Our ambition is to ‘raise the status and standards of cleaning, through education and accredited training. We now require our trained employees to cascade their knowledge and expertise to our front line cleaning staff”
