Expectations Are High as Northern Cricket Union Robinson Services Premier League New Season Fixtures Announced

The country’s biggest cricket league sponsored by one of the country’s biggest employers. Robinson Services gets underway on April 22 when Lisburn open their defence of the Robinson Services Premier League Title against Instonians and the competition battle to be crowned champions commences.
Robinson Services with its Head office in Antrim and other satellite offices in Belfast are now in the final year of a 3 year sponsorship deal with the Northern Cricket Union’s Premier and Senior Leagues.  Robinson Service also sponsor the awards to players who score a century, take six wickets or perform a hat trick.
This season Lisburn will be hoping its star performers with both bat and ball from last season will once again be a major boost as they try to retain the title they won last year. The fixtures for the 2023 season recently released, send last year’s Section One champions Derriaghy to Stormont for their first match in the top flight since 2016 to face Civil Service North, while CIYMS, who swept the boards in the cups last season, start with a home game against Carrickfergus.

Last season’s Premier League-winning captain of Lisburn CC, Callum Atkinson with Stephen Wood, Operations Director Robinson Services.
