David J Robinson Awards for Outstanding Service & Performance

We were absolutely delighted to have 8 nominees for the David J Robinson Award for Outstanding Service and Performance. Each nomination was of an extremely high standard making the judging very difficult indeed for David Robinson.

This year we have 2 very worthy overall winners:

Joanna Gancarz, Lurgan

Camila Melchiors, Dublin
Camila is highly organised and works with both staff and clients in a very professional manner, gaining their respect and confidence. Direct client feedback “Camila is a great team leader and I am delighted with all the work she and her team are doing.”

 

 

 

 

 


Given the quality of this year’s nominations, we have decided on 2 runners-up awards:

Jordan Brook, Regional Supervisor – Belfast Area
Jordan is a consistent team player and always offer support to his fellow operations colleagues, and is committed to his staff. He will do everything that he can to support and help people as he always has the Robinson Services brand at the forefront of his mind. Operations Manager feedback “Jordan communicates with clients professionally and is empathetic with staff issues and queries.”

Shauna Walsh, Belfast
Shauna has recently demonstrated her dependability and proactivity whilst assisting with a very sensitive situation on her client site. While waiting for emergency services, she provided a calm and reassuring space for a distressed individual, and was commended by the individual’s family for her assistance.

We would also congratulate our 4 other nominees, Robert Robinson (Belfast), Karen Johnston (Belfast), William Hull (Belfast) and Mary Harper (Belfast) – each one of these nominees demonstrated their commitment to the highest quality of service and living by the Robinson Services Values, demonstrating support, care, warmth, courtesy and respect.
